Marker Hotel Key West Commisioning

Mechanical Air Concepts participated in the commisioning of the marker hotel, along with Debonair Mechanical,  Munters, Mckendry Builders. Munters featured their incredible drycool dehumidification units. Project was a success and a positive, dry building was the end result. This project was particularly challenging because of the proximity to sea water and rapid pace schedule. MAC assisted in the startup and worked with the Munters team to achieve the precise amount of dry air to create a positive building while maintaining the dehumidification equipment working at optimal cfms for target dewpoint.  Great job to Karel Jie (Project Manager), Jorge Salomon (Sr. Technician) and Ronald Troche (Lead Technician) for overcoming the tight schedule.
